I am an accredited facilitator in the following Team Management Systems profiling tools. These tools have been endorsed by the British Psychological Society, and are a powerful way to help individuals and teams understand their strengths and areas for development in a simple, straightforward and proven way. Typically we start with the Team Management Profile (TMP), which identifies people’s work preferences and has been completed by over 2 million in 190 countries. A key difference between TMP and other popular profiling tools is that TMP focuses purely on who we are at work (who are are at home can be something completely different!). TMP is used by many government ministries and universities and numerous blue chip companies, including ANZ, University of Canterbury, Z, Te Puni Kokiri, Waka Kotahi and Outward Bound. These organisations are full of smart cookies, who relate to the science backed nature of TMS.
