Who is this for?
It’s for people who are looking at running a successful practice vs a business. For clarification, a practice is based around you and your expertise, and a business is based around systems and other people.
What will be covered?
You will learn the basics of what it takes to run a successful thought leadership practice.
We’ll teach you about the one key strategy we use to successfully build revenue streams that drive us towards and beyond ‘black belt’, which is earning $60,000 a month.
We’ll also describe the key mistake that most experts make when trying to establish their thought leadership practice that leaves them pigeon-holed, and unable to position themselves as a true thought leader in their field. It’s no good just knowing something, a well-positioned thought leader is known for knowing something.
Finally, we will look at what it takes specifically to be a thought leader in New Zealand. We will share some local success stories and answer any questions that you may have around this, or indeed anything else about running a successful practice.
A little more about Pete
Many of you know Matt Church, who is the founder of the thought leader curriculum. Pete would have to be the prodigal student, having leapt from earning around $10,000 a month, to a consistent $60,000 per month in less than four months. His own thought leadership is all about implementation, making it happen as opposed to just thinking about it.
Pete and Matt have now joined forces, and set up the popular Thought Leader’s Business School, which is kind of like a 12 month MBA program for experts, which pays for itself 10x over by the end of the course. All business school students commit to publishing a book by the end of the 12 months, which we think is more practical than a qualification!
Actually, Business School is smashing its targets in its first year, and I am thrilled that already, there are nine of us in New Zealand crossing the ditch quarterly to be part of this extraordinary community.
Pete is a best selling author having written five books, including one with Michael Gerber called The E-myth Bookkeeper. He speaks about Implementation, projects that matter, and 21st century Sales.
He also has a Law degree, a Masters degree in Business, a degree in Physics and has a 4th Dan black belt in Aikido. We like to call him one smart cookie! Like me, and a number of you, meditation is a key foundation of Pete’s life. No wonder I feel like attending business school is ‘coming home’ for me.
Last year’s webinar for New Zealand based thought leaders was well attended and ignited some engaging discussion. I strongly recommend that if you are running a practice, based on YOUR IP, or thinking about it, this will be a very worthwhile use of your time.
As a thought leader mentor based in New Zealand, it is my mission for us to leverage our IP more successfully in this country. Our curriculum is known as ‘the unfair advantage’, and I’d love you to know more about it, and how you can apply it to your own world.
